Full job description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Project Estimator at Service One Restoration located in Oswego, IL, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating the cost and time required for various construction and restoration projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements, gather data, and prepare accurate estimates. Additionally, you will assist in evaluating bids and proposals, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed within the designated timeline and budget.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Estimator or a similar role

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations

Proficient in using estimation software and tools

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Time management and organizational skills
