As a Customer Growth Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our customer-centric strategy. This role will provide valuable experience in working directly with customers, allowing you to enhance your skills in communication, negotiation, and business acumen.

Job Responsibilities

Learn how to build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned customers to enhance overall customer growth.

Together with senior colleagues, serve as a focal point for client when it comes to meeting client’s business and technical expectations (technical escalations, communicate customer feedback and ideas to internal teams).

Collaborate with internal cross-functional resources to meet customer requirements.

Learn how to ensure that client's account is properly set-up (account creation and set-up, route management, sender registration).

Analyze and forecast client's traffic, take immediate reactions to ensure ongoing business growth, minimize losses, and maximize GP.

Learn about Infobip products, the platform, and the market.

Acquire knowledge of client`s use cases.

Gain an understanding of the business landscape, competition, and the latest industry trends.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field and available to work full time.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.

Fluent in English or French, both spoken and written.

Interest in working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers. with a diverse range of customers across different divisions and geographic regions.

Proactively engages customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach to identify new opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.

You are available to start work on July 8th, 2024.

You hold valid student rights from Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
