Experience: 5 years of experience as a business system analyst or related. Requires experience with the following: 3 years of experience with the following Project Management tools: Agile Scrum, Kanban, MS Project, Service Now, and Airtable; Robust experience using SQL to build queries independently; Must have hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence to track the lifecycle of the Software Development work; Advanced Excel and analytical skills; Extensive experience developing test cases designed to validate functional and non-functional system requirements; and Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise integration testing using the following Business modeling and testing tools: MS Visio, Visual Paradigm, Draw.io, Lucid chart, MS Office, HP Quality Center and HP Service Manager.

Job duties: Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations for a statewide supermarket chain. Manage data elements and mapping in Airtable and perform data analysis to track company data needs. Refine SDLC-related tools, standards, and training. Facilitate testing sessions with cross functional teams and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users. Create sequence diagrams to capture system architecture and end-to-end process flow. Analytics / Reporting & Documentation / Testing: - Identify / documents functional and non-functional requirements. Assist Product Management and business stakeholders in understanding impacts of requests on the project, associated applications, and other business units. Refine requirements (user stories) so they are readily consumable by software engineers. Influence the end-to-end quality strategy for a product or group of closely aligned product(s). Develop test cases designed to validate functional and non-functional system requirements. Facilitate the execution of test scripts based on test cases. Use data to help drive decisions. Apply a high-level understanding of each product's system architecture and the technologies used to move / modify data in them (e.g., queues / messaging services, web services, APIs, databases).
