Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk at TARGETTI USA in Costa Mesa, CA.

AP primary responsibilities include:

Enter vendor invoices and review for appropriate GL coding

Process all vendor payments

Prioritize payment of invoices based on vendor terms

Monitor electronic inbox for invoices

Set up and maintain vendor records

Process Monthly Expense Reports

Perform data entry and administrative duties

AR primary responsibilities include:

Create and track invoices and credit memos

Process company deposits.

Apply customer payments. Reconcile customer accounts.

Manage, track and collect aging receivables; communicate with customers to ensure timely payments.

Review customer credit applications; grant/deny terms.

Qualifications

Experience in managing expense reports, analyzing financial data, and performing accounting tasks

Strong analytical skills

Knowledge of finance and accounting principles

Ability to handle journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records

Attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
