Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR and Administration department
Handle customer inquiries and complaints; follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain inquiry records and reports.
Send, Receive, and Sort out UPS / USPS mail and packages.
Office troubleshooting for minor technical issues.
Assists new employee preparation.
Assists with coordination of company events.
Maintains corporate calendar.
Assists with all insurance and benefits administration.
Assist with all other related duties.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of administrative experience
Bilingual in Japanese highly preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and high degree of multi-tasking skills

Pay: $45,000-50,000 annually
