We are currently seeking a experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in overseeing HVAC, MEP, and Mechanical projects for our exciting commercial portfolio. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operation of assigned construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination among engineering teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and field managers.

What you’ll be doing:

preplanning efforts, including shop drawings, value engineering, and mobilization

changes required throughout the project lifecycle and organizing necessary adjustments

formulation and oversight, including procurement of materials and equipment

review, negotiation, and compliance

with field managers to establish project objectives and direction

project progress, labor needs, and schedules

communication between stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements

QA/QC processes and resolving project-related issues

procedures and documentation submission

What you’ll bring:

or AE in Engineering, Mechanical, Design preferred

years of construction management experience at a supervisory level

project management experience on projects valued over $8M

in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Viewpoint and/or Procore a plus

communication and organizational skills

to work independently in a fast-paced environment

background in commercial HVAC construction project management
