Educational Consultant (Independent Contractor) - California

As an Educational Consultant (Independent Contractor), you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional professional development experiences across California, supporting schools and districts to achieve their goals!

A typical engagement consists of multiple PD sessions across an entire school year. This means your engagement will go beyond a “one-time implementation” - it is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and long-term client successes.

Engagement Overview

Deliver professional development for educators at school or district sites, primarily in person.

Engage with schools and districts through multiple sessions over the school year, focusing on developing strong strategic thinkers and achieving significant CAASPP score improvements.

Required Qualifications

K-8 teaching experience, particularly in educator, instructional coach, or school leader roles.

4+ years of experience in teaching elementary and middle school mathematics.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.

Willingness and ability to travel within California.

High-value references.

Compensation

Payment is on a per-project basis, with a daily flat fee.

Typical project scope per school year: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00.

Each party, you and Classtime Inc., will operate as an independent contractor. Neither party is, nor will be considered, an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of the other.

Neither party shall bind nor attempt to bind the other to any contract without prior written approval.
