Position: Part-time Medical Director (hybrid)
Compensation:
Fixed Compensation: $2,000 - $4,000 per month

Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise mid-level Practitioners (PAs and NPs) on-site biweekly to ensure top-quality medical services.
Conduct weekly Quality Assurance Assessments.
Review medical charts as required by state and federal regulations.
Be readily available to supervise Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners through various communication channels.
Ensure compliance with Delegation Agreements and competency standards.
Contribute to ongoing training and continuous education programs.
Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Active medical license to practice in Michigan.
Minimum three years of licensed physician experience (preferred).
Completion of a 20-hour Lab Director certification course (cost covered by franchise owner).
Completion of a 20-hour hormone therapy training course (cost covered by franchise owner).
Proficiency in EMR, EHR, and MS Office applications.
Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Current unrestricted D.E.A. registration.
Insurability (malpractice)
The Medical Director shares in the administrative functions that directly impact medical
services and collaborates with the manager in the overall planning and budgeting for the
practice. This includes but is not limited to training and monitoring of Physician Assistants (PA)
and/or Nurse Practitioners (NP), as well as leadership and guidance to the medical team. In the
absence of the Medical Provider, the Medical Director also performs clinical responsibilities as
agreed upon.
