Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a respectful and collaborative culture.
Partnering with plant management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years of HR experience
Knowledge of HR techniques, applications and programs
Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Must have strong communication skills, including both written and verbal
Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and implement change
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred) for effective communication
Ability to influence others and make tough decisions with professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics expertise.
