Responsibilities - Onsite Position

Guiding leaders and employees on Company values, policies, and HR programs with consistency and timeliness.

Maintaining positive local labor relations to strengthen the workforce's connection with the organization.

Leading efforts to enhance employee engagement and retention, promoting a happy and motivated team.

Resolving employee conflicts through effective investigations, ensuring a harmonious work environment.

Providing guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations for a supportive workplace.

Implementing and monitoring compliance with labor laws and the union contract for fairness and legality.

Supporting career development and succession planning to nurture talent within the organization.

Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a respectful and collaborative culture.

Partnering with plant management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Developing strategies to sustain and improve our workplace culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5-7 years of HR experience

Knowledge of HR techniques, applications and programs

Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting

Must have strong communication skills, including both written and verbal

Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and implement change

Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred) for effective communication

Ability to influence others and make tough decisions with professionalism

Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics expertise.
