Job Title: DC Project Manager

Number of Roles Open: 1

Location: Memphis, TN (on-site)

Duration: 12 months

What you will be doing:

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators

Understand the high and low-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions

Ensure that company requirements are produced to standard promptly.

Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers

Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners

Lead complex installations, Report and advance all observed problems to proper operational partner concern points

Handle the communication of project changes and release notices to customers

Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely

Be willing to work irregular hours as required

What we need to see:

BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in project delivery management

Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products

In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers

Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams

Superb communication and presentation/oral skills

Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision

Experience leading global projects.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

PMP Certification

HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies
