POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is currently looking for an executive recruiter to join our thriving & experienced recruiting division specializing in Finance to support their perm opportunities in the NYC market. Our clients include top tier firms across banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, and consulting and service firms. This is a highly successful close-knit team that is really looking for someone who can hit the ground running. If you are highly motivated with previous experience in recruiting and/or finance this could be the position for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full Life-Cycle recruiting of Financial Services professionals.

Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.

Build a network of candidates utilizing the company’s applicant tracking system and all other resources.

Come up with creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS Degree

At least 1 year of perm recruiting experience or 1 year finance industry experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proven success working in a fast-paced work environment

Willing to ask for help and support when you need it

Hybrid work environment- 2x a week in office- Midtown, NYC
