Associate Attorney- Insurance Coverage

Job Title: 2 spots open- Insurance Insurance Coverage or CyberCoverage Litigation Attorney

2-3 junior to mid-level associate (i.e., 2-6 years out) with insurance coverage experience. We have openings in three practice groups – commercial general liability, management liability, and cyber coverage groups. The cyber coverage group has a dynamic practice that is at the forefront of all cyber and privacy issues. There is very little (less than 10%) litigation with this group. It is important any candidate for this position is aware of and open to that. The other positions with the commercial general liability and management liability groups both include litigation.

We are searching for a litigation associate with experience in first and third party, D&O, and professional liability coverage. We are also looking for an attorney that does insurance defense as a second open position.

You will handle coverage opinions, motions, depositions, mediations and trials. Excellent writing, analytical and research skills are necessary.
