Senior Associate DevOps Engineer

This includes including in Gen AI, automation and Data and Analytics into CX solutions to allow our clients to differentiate themselves in the market.

The ICX team is looking for a DevOps engineer to join the cloud team to help deliver cloud solutions to out clients. A DevOps engineer works with the rest of the delivery team to build out complex code builds to achieve the desired functionality required. The delivery of features is done by using Agile methodology. The DevOps engineer would be involved in the entire Agile delivery of each feature which includes build, test, release and hypercare.

Role and Responsibilities:

Working with the Technical Business Analyst to gather design requires for the different features

Working with your Product Owner to keep customers up to date with the progress of you delivery as well as to communicate and demo solutions to customers

Build out automations and applications using infrastructure as code

Working with the QA testers to ensure that your feature is working as expect

Being available to support customer solutions during your dedicated time period

Required Experience and Skills:

The candidate must have experience in coding automations or applications in Python or Java Script

Experience in working with AWS would be beneficial

The candidate must have experience in Agile delivery streams

The Candidate must have experience in delivering code through a code lifecycle (Dev,Test,Release)

The Candidate must be a critical thinker and work well within a team

Required Degree:
