We are looking for experienced high-energy team players in operations to continue driving our fast growth and fast paced organization. This position requires someone who is passionate about Mexican traditions and delivering products of the highest quality and consistency, while keeping the company 100% compliant with both internal and external certifications, procedures, systems and processes. This position is perfect for people who thrive in a fast-growing startup environment and are not afraid of rolling up their sleeves, working with the team and getting things done.

*Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred
Job responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Follow SOPs for mixing the Corn to make the Masa (Dough)
Follow SOPs to operate the mixer and oven
Follow all Safety Procedures
Follow all Quality Control Procedures
Fill-In process and quality control paperwork
General requirements for these positions:
High School Diploma
Legally eligible to work in the US
Experience in manufacturing or kitchen environment
Flexible schedule is highly desired
Ability to follow production schedules
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally help team to carry loads up to 50 lbs
Pay Rate: $18/hour
