We are looking for experienced high-energy team players in operations to continue driving our fast growth and fast paced organization. This position requires someone who is passionate about Mexican traditions and delivering products of the highest quality and consistency, while keeping the company 100% compliant with both internal and external certifications, procedures, systems and processes. This position is perfect for people who thrive in a fast-growing startup environment and are not afraid of rolling up their sleeves, working with the team and getting things done.

*Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred

Job responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Follow Standard Operating Procedures to pick and pack tortillas according to Specifications

Fill-In process and quality control logs

Follow all Quality Control Procedures

Follow Production Schedule

Ability to work in a Team environment

General requirements for this position:

Legally eligible to work in the US

Experience in manufacturing or kitchen environment

Flexible schedule is highly desired

Experience with Manufacturing and kitchen equipment

Requirements:

Kitchen, bakery, food industry, restaurant experience is a plus

Ability to follow production schedules

Good organizational and communication skills

Ability to stand for long periods of time and help team to carry loads up to 50 lbs

Pay Rate: $16/hour
