The primary responsibility of the Sales Development Representative will be to generate new business opportunities by engaging with wedding venues through cold calling and cold emailing.

This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our business by scheduling appointments for our Account Executives.

What does a day in the life as a Sales Development Representative look like?

Conduct outbound calls and emails to wedding venues to introduce client's services and generate interest.

Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target accounts.

Articulate value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects.

Set up appointments for Account Executives by effectively scheduling meetings with interested leads.

Meet and exceed daily activity goals for calls, emails, and appointments set.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce (CRM system)

Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Continuously refine and improve sales pitches and messaging based on feedback and performance analysis.

What are the required qualifications for a Sales Development Representative?

Track record in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging communication style.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Google Calendar
