Your contribution to our change journey: * Develop and implement robust global change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
* Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities across various international business processes.
* Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees globally, recommending solutions as needed.
* Communicate change management plans effectively to teammates and key stakeholders globally for understanding and buy-in.
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to foster a global understanding and adaptation to change.
* Coordinate with various departments globally to successfully implement changes on an international scale.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Design or comparable.
* Proven experience in leading and implementing global change management initiatives.
* Strong understanding of organizational development, change theory, and global business management principles.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale.
* Expertise in influencing others globally to support change and adapt to new processes.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks in an international context.
* Familiarity with change management coordination with cross-functional teams on a global scale.
