One of the high-tech healthcare facilities is the region's biggest private referral hospital offering effective medical care in a professional and caring environment is looking for a Plastic Surgeon Consultant.

As a Plastic Surgeon Consultant, you will specialize in the surgical and non-surgical enhancement, reconstruction, and restoration of the human body. You will provide expert plastic surgery services to patients, addressing a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive needs. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient confidence, quality of life, and overall well-being through personalized and innovative surgical interventions.

Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients seeking plastic surgery services, including cosmetic procedures, reconstructive surgery, and corrective treatments.

Perform detailed clinical assessments, review medical histories, and discuss patients' aesthetic goals, concerns, and expectations to develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide counseling and education to patients regarding the various plastic surgery options available, including risks, benefits, alternatives, and anticipated outcomes.

Perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures, including breast augmentation, facelift, rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, liposuction, blepharoplasty, breast reconstruction, and gender-affirming surgery.

Utilize advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive approaches, tissue flap reconstruction, microsurgery, and fat grafting, to achieve optimal aesthetic and functional results.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists, orthopedic surgeons, dermatologists, and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients with complex reconstructive needs, such as breast cancer survivors and trauma patients.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and products through ongoing education, training, and participation in professional conferences and seminars.

Ensure adherence to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and regulatory requirements in the delivery of plastic surgery services.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient consultations, surgical procedures, postoperative care, and outcomes in electronic medical records, in compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, optimize surgical outcomes, and improve patient satisfaction with plastic surgery services.

Requirements

-Experience From US (Board), Canada (Royal College Fellowship) UK (CCT), Ireland (CSD, CSCST), Australia &NZ (Fellowship), France (DES, DESC), And Other European Countries According to The Qualification Equivalence Tables of the UAE- MOH

-Minimum 5 years experience in a hospital environment - Western and Asian countries experience is preferred. Asians with Gulf experience are preferred.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

-Fluency in written and spoken English

-MOH registered- Preferred

-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

-Willing to work flexible hours as and when required

Languages - English, Arabic- Preferred
