Digital Press Operator

Seeking a skilled operator for a 2nd shift opportunity with a great company offering long term growth oppututies!

Job Requirements:

Set up, operate and maintain digital imaging 4-color press and UV coating line.

RIP files produced from data files using digital print equipment.

Review all proofs and final product samples produced on digital equipment before releasing to internal or external customers.

Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to achieve maximum machine performance based on equipment specifications and acquired knowledge of machine operations.

Record maintenance and service calls in maintenance log book as required.

Act at all times to the highest level of personal and professional performance.

Will work enthusiastically to meet or exceed all performance goals.

Manages role with an understanding of changing priorities, sense of urgency, execution of results and support for the team.

Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Understanding of RIP software (Fiery is desired).

Ability to review color.

Read and interpret work orders and production schedules.

Consistently demonstrate the ability to work with management to achieve company goals.

Demonstrate willingness to accept direction from supervisors, management and peers to improve quality and performance.

Demonstration willingness to work together with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
