Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Company Overview: Join our esteemed medium/large law firm in Oklahoma City as a Legal Assistant. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in a similar setting, to support our legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the success of our firm.

Position Overview: As a Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to attorneys, managing calendars, preparing legal documents, and ensuring the efficient operation of our legal practice.

Responsibilities:

Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and court appearances.

Prepare and file legal documents in Oklahoma state and federal courts.

Maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Assist with document production, formatting, and editing using Adobe, Excel, and Word (Firm Styles experience preferred).

Enter time entries and assist with billing tasks.

Prepare and organize trial binders, exhibits, and other materials.

Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and other parties.

Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in a medium/large law firm.

Experience with calendaring, e-filing in Oklahoma and federal courts.

Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, and Word; Firm Styles experience is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
