Our Finance Department in Latham is hiring a full-time Accountant to join their team!

The hours are Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm, flexible.

Hybrid work opportunity following training.

Responsibilities: * Post daily cash transactions.

* Review contracts and process them through contract management process/software.

* Maintain lease accounting software and process monthly lease payments, expense postings and yearly audit reports, experience with LeaseQuery or leasing software a plus.

* Maintain facility allocation spreadsheets.

* Participate in the maintenance/development of policies and procedures.

* Participate in the month-end/year-end close process.

* Preparation of journal entries.

* Preparation of monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliations.

* Review of site financial statements.

* Process monthly invoices for contract billing.

* Run monthly and year financial reports.

* Participate in monthly review of reports and meetings with Operations to discuss.

Annual salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.

Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills.

Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Associate’s degree and one to three years of recent general accounting experience.

* Working as part of an accounting/finance department in the healthcare industry is a plus.

* Strong accounting and analytical skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills to establish/maintain cooperative and productive relationships with all staff internally and externally with vendors and customers.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of accounting systems.

(Experience with Sage 100, FYISoft, Coupa, or ContractWorks a plus). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to work efficiently and accurately.

* Willing to learn new processes/systems.

* Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
