Customer Service Representative
MISSION: Provide excellent customer care.
This is an in-office position located in VA Beach, VA. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm and pays $15-$17/hr depending on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent customer service by resolving all issues such as processing orders, inventory, tracking, returns/exchanges, and coupon codes
Answer customer phone calls, web chat, and emails
Work closely with Product Merchandiser, back each other up
Effective communication with warehouse, marketing & design
Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and innovative ideas
Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience providing outstanding customer service
Exceptional communication skills on the phone and online
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software
Strong ability to maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks in an efficient manner
