Remedy is so excited to partner with a prestigious salon/spa in the Williamsvillle, NY area as they ramp up their search for full-time Massage Therapists! YES, even during COVID, they are urgently in need of 4 talented Massage Therapists to join their team! Here are some key details:

Pay: Commission based structure, with commission % dependent upon experience (usually 40-46%)

Hours: Schedules can be flexible but you should expect to work at least 2 weeknights and one weekend day as part of the full-time schedule

Essential duties for this Massage Therapist will include:

Welcome guests to the salon and spa in a timely manner and make sure they are comfortable.

Accurate guest intake to ensure appropriate massage service is received

Provide guest with knowledge of all massage services offered and additional service offerings.

Assist guests in preparing for their services

Perform massage services according to guests requests and needs

Educate guests on retail recommendations

Increase guest retention by building relationships and pre-booking

Maintain an exceptionally clean and sanitized massage room at all times

Required Skills/Qualifications:

HS Diploma required along with Licensed Massage Technician (LMT) certification

1-2 years of prior experience in a professional salon

Strong professional presentation, impeccable customer service skills and outstanding communication skills

Proficiency in Myofacial Release, Stone Therapy and Pregnancy Massage a HUGE plus!
