$1,000 Retention BONUS for full-time

Dependable Health Services is looking for EXCEPTIONAL LPNs to join our team to care for our pediatric home health patients! Many shift combinations are available! We will work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs. We offer weekly pay with EXCELLENT benefits (plus a retention bonus!)

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.

Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.

Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.

Coordination of care

Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes

Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
