Technical Trainer - System Integration Approaches

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver a 5-day course on System Integration Approaches, focusing on tools and technologies for integrating systems and exchanging data. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C#, .NET, RabbitMQ, and relational databases (Oracle), as well as excellent training and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver the 5-day course on System Integration Approaches, covering topics such as C# fundamentals, RabbitMQ, and relational databases (Oracle)

- Prepare and maintain training materials, including presentations, labs, and exercises

- Ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices

- Engage and interact with trainees to ensure effective learning and understanding

- Provide hands-on training and support during lab exercises

- Assess trainee progress and provide feedback

- Continuously improve training content and delivery based on trainee feedback and evaluation

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in software development, integration, or a related field

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, RabbitMQ, and relational databases (Oracle)

- Proven experience in training and presenting technical topics

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to changing training needs and requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with other integration tools and technologies

- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and other data exchange methods

- Certification in training or a related field (e.g., CTT+, CPTD)
