We are looking for a Fleet Management Senior Associate, based in Jakarta.

The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH

What you’ll do:

Handle vendors related to fleet management

Build & develop Driver Operations Intercity Division

Manage and execute acquisition strategies for big fleets (Van, Pickup Box, and Engkel Box)

Ensure a high fulfillment rate for intercity delivery

Collaborate with other related departments to ensure the best delivery experience

Assess, develop, and refine intercity delivery drivers SOP

Plan & execute customized operation solution projects with corporate clients

Execute smaller cities expansion in the mid & long term

What we seek:

Minimum Bachelor Degree

Minimum 3 years experience in related fields (land transportation, contract logistics)

Great project management skills

Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to analyze big datasets to suggest data-driven decisions

Experienced in Google Workspace, CRM, and internal database tools

Fluent in English (verbal & written)
