On-call Evenings and Weekends when the building is in alarm or needs urgent repair

Monday-Friday 7:30 am- 5:00 pm

Our valued client seeks a Facility Technician with expertise in janitorial, housekeeping, porter, and general building maintenance tasks. As a vital member of our team, you will be entrusted with maintaining the property's upkeep. We require someone adept at swiftly grasping information and adhering to directives effectively. Independence in work execution with minimal supervision is essential. Additionally, adherence to our dress code policy, which prohibits visible tattoos, is mandatory.

What You Will Do:

Clean up after demos and customer lunch and learns.

Restocking break room supplies

Supply inventory

Lifting and package deliveries

Change light bulbs when needed.

Maintenance/clean up outside of the building by visually inspecting sprinkler system for proper function, picking up debris and trash that may be in the parking lot or bushes.

Maintain the dumpster area ensuring that proper trash is in the dumpster, boxes are broken down.

Provides general and detailed maintenance including patching, painting, and other repair/replacement work as required.

Preforms regular maintenance of facilities equipment and appliances.

Preforms duties associated with events, including set up, break-down and all tasks required for the duration of the event.

What You Need:

High School Diploma or GED

Must be able to lift and stack objects 15 to 20 lbs.

Work involves long periods of standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching; may also include climbing ladders and staircases.

Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions – heat, cold, rain.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
