Document Specialist (HYBRID) - 2nd Shift

About the Role

A Document Specialist at Toppan Merrill is an integral part of our Bridge Service and Operations team working closely with our internal Customer Care, Consulting, and Product Support teams on client disclosure documents. Hours are 2:30pm - 10:00pm - Monday through Friday. 1 day in the office in St. Paul and 4 working remotely.

What You’ll Do:

Participate in Document Set-Up, Optimization, and editing (both content and formatting) of client documents

Actively participate and may lead client training

Troubleshoot Word formatting and HTML rendering issues

Collaborate with professional services teams with the goal of providing exceptional service to our clients

About You:

Commitment to service excellence, with demonstrated success in a client facing environment

Strong technical aptitude

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work unsupervised in a team environment

Ability to work on multiple tasks and maintain priorities

Good judgment and problem-solving skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word; experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies

Flexibility/adaptability with overtime/shift changes/weekend-work

Qualifications and Experience:

BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong understanding of document styles/print

1+ years of previous work experience in a similar client service environment preferred

1+ years of advanced word processing or desktop publishing experience preferred

Microsoft Word Power User

Professional Client Service

Page Layout experience
