JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a primary contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements, and providing solutions.
Ensure thorough documentation of internal processes and solutions.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding progress and resolutions.
Handle and resolve simple to moderate customer or product issues independently.
Collaborate on developing technical solutions that align with company specifications and future goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of Experience in customer relationship management or applications support.
Proficient with Airtable and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
Solid understanding of SDLC, Security, and Compliance best practices.
