Chief Business Officer

Covenant Classical School is seeking a Chief Business Officer who is an experienced financial and operational leader.

The CBO is a member of the Executive Administrative team who stewards the mission and vision of CCS.

The applicant should be an analytical thinker with strong organizational and communication skills and have a proven ability to manage people and processes.

The CBO is responsible for oversight of the school’s operations including the Business Office, Human Resources/Risk Management, Facilities, and IT.

The CBO reports to the Head of School and collaborates with him to ensure that the operational and financial objectives of the school are met in a timely and efficient manner.

A bachelor’s degree in finance or business with a minimum of five years’ relevant experience is required.

Preference will be given to applicants who have worked in Christian classical education or the non-profit sector.

Salary Range is $85,000-95,000.
