We are looking for a multi-skilled HANDYMAN for partime/on-call employment!

Responsibilities

Routine maintenance

Repair equipment or appliances

Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Roofing needs

Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks

Identify and report the need for major repairs

Qualifications

Proven experience as a handyman and various types of work

Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment

Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, roofing or HVAC systems

Basic math skills

Good communication ability

Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
