Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for the four Regions of Hadassah Florida.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor General Voicemail Box, respond to messages or forward to appropriate person.
Monitor Consolidated Florida email account. Forward emails to appropriate staff as needed.
Send out meeting notices and receive RSVPs.
Monitor online registration and send to appropriate volunteer
Schedule zoom for Staff and volunteer
Maintain Hadassah Florida electronic calendar, sharing events with Florida regions' staff and volunteers as appropriate.
Create and maintain portfolio holder (PIF) directories for Hadassah Florida and its component Regions.
Create mail merges of correspondence and labels.
Monitor open rates for email campaigns and inform appropriate director of findings.
Using the appropriate online programs and/or software, maintain segmented email distribution lists for various categories of volunteers and staff. Assist in sending eblasts as needed.
Keep electronic files organized
Create and send electronic responses from online registration website
Assist Programming Associate with creating online event surveys
Send to volunteers weekly program registrations
Other duties, as required.
Required Skills, Education or Experience
AA or 2-3 years equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products at an intermediate level
Effective interpersonal and organizational skills, both written and oral. Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a detail-oriented, precise, organized, and proactive manner.
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00AM-4:10PM
