R&D Testing Coordinator

Our company keeps expanding, so we’re looking for a new addition to our dedicated Operations Team—a motivated R&D Testing Coordinator with a drive to learn, solve problems, and find the best solutions for improving our manufacturing processes.

Your daily tasks will entail:

Testing new manufacturing solutions and introducing new products

Carrying out comprehensive product testing for DTG, DTFilm, and other techniques used for apparel and other categories

Collecting and analyzing production test data

Working on production process improvement and development

Assistance with pre-press development of the new product introduction

Preparing and managing offers and integrated solutions for production

Reporting on project implementation

Any other responsibilities not listed here that are required by company goals

Here’s what we expect from you:

A technical and analytical mindset

Strong English (both written and spoken)

Excellent communication and time management skills

Experience in print production

Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and/or engineering will be considered an advantage.

Monthly salary EUR 1,400–1,700 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
