What You'll Do

Samsung Semiconductor is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to manage and support the office, and handle administrative duties for the executive team. We are looking for an individual who is team oriented, and has the ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our Southfield, Michigan office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time

Reports to: VP of Automotive Sales

Provides administrative support to executives and team

Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, environment, supplies, communications, schedules

Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.

Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.

Supports team offsite and office events

Supports travel, expense's, logistics for Executive team

Generates memos, emails and reports when appropriate

Assumes responsibility for maintenance of office and office equipment

Answers incoming calls and front entry for deliveries/visitors

Manages Executives schedules and calendar, troubleshooting scheduling conflicts as they arise

Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

BS Degree preferred

2+ years of experience working with senior level executives preferred

Proficiency in MS Office with an understanding in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Exceptional communication skills

Team-oriented

Strong attention to detail

Korean language fluency a plus

Hourly Base Pay Rate

$29.42-$39.80 USD
