Foxwood Springs Seeks Organized Dispatcher in Raymore, MO!

Foxwood Springs is searching for a detail-oriented and reliable Dispatcher to join our team in Raymore, MO! In this role, you will be the central hub for communication, ensuring the efficient flow of information and resources within our community.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch and schedule transportation requests for residents, including medical appointments, errands, and social outings.

Maintain clear and accurate communication with residents, drivers, and staff regarding transportation schedules and any updates.

Monitor resident activity logs and track resident whereabouts.

Schedule staff according to resident needs and departmental requirements.

Coordinate deliveries and maintenance requests.

Update and maintain resident information within the call management system.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and a dispatcher software program (a plus).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on detail.

CNA preferred
