The Service Scheduling Coordinator will work to ensure our customer's solar equipment is working properly by scheduling service appointments in a timely manner. They will also work with the other members of the Service Team to ensure the schedule is always up to date with availability and we are assisting with special requests for our colleagues and customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage & track project deliverables and timelines as well as communicate with customers to keep them fully informed
Works with leaders and the Service Team through calls, email and meetings to ensure calendars are up to date
Monitor and action the backlog for their assigned region on a daily basis
Assist with escalated customers in working with other departments to find resolution to concerns
Resolve customer complaints or concerns by addressing concerns and working with other teams to find resolution
Coordinate with many departments daily
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certifications:
High School Graduate or GED
Experience:
Previous solar experience preferred but not required
2+ years of administrative or customer support experience preferably from relatable industry
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must be proficient at multitasking and problem solving
Excellent organizational skills required
Excellent telephone skills required
Proficiency in Outlook and One Note required; Preferred ability in PowerBI
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Excellent customer service skills required
