Role Description

The Business Development & Account Manager - Domestic Staffing role involves developing and maintaining key customer accounts in the domestic staffing sector. This position requires an individual who thrives on communicating with people, is detail-oriented, and has strong business acumen. The Manager will plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies for their clients. Working closely with clients, the Manager will ensure the best fit for candidates and clients, by understanding both parties' requirements. The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure the clients' satisfaction while delivering guidance/growth to the associate team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, or related field

8 years of experience in account management and business development, preferably in the domestic staffing sector

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Proven track record of successful business development in a similar role

Expertise in the staffing process, from identifying potential candidates to hiring decisions and onboarding processes

Experience in managing a team and providing leadership to junior associates

Strong organizational and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
