Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Proactively identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling our services to existing clients to maximize account growth and revenue.

- Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.

- Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

- Explore new business opportunities through client referrals, networking events, and industry partnerships to expand our client base.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and account activities in CRM systems.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

- Proven track record of success in account management and client relationship management, preferably in the IT consulting/Staffing industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering value and driving business growth.

- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and the ability to anticipate and address client needs effectively.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
