Applicants must have a genuine concern for the total development of student athletes in areas of good citizenship, sportsmanship, skill development, game knowledge and tactics, as well as the health, safety, and well-being of all student athletes. Professional development is continuous and required. Athletic Department standards as well as Lowell High School and IHSAA rules and regulations must be followed at all times. Experience in the named coaching opening is required. Head Coaching applicants should have both positive and extensive coaching backgrounds.
