Welder / Metal Fabricator

Page Group Pty Ltd (trading as Balustrade 1) have served the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne for over 15 years using only non-corrosive products and materials of high quality. Page Group Pty Ltd are currently seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Welder/Metal Fabricator at their depot in Rosebud VIC 3939.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

Experienced with strong background in all aspects of fabrications and able to undertake medium to heavy fabrications for various projects and jobs

Comprehensively read and interpret drawings, specifications and engineering plans

Experienced with Aluminum TIG welding and proficient with MIG welding particularly of thick plate, pipe and large structure

Experienced in using different types of metals

Ability to weld in horizontal and vertical positions

Skills & Abilities:

Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade or equivalent

Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated experience in a similar role

Have an impeccable attention to detail, take pride in work and have a professional approach

Salary range offered $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with skills and experience
