Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform both workshop and mobile maintenance on rolling stock and various mechanical equipment.

Carry out routine examinations, fault-finding, and diagnostic testing.

Perform repairs and rebuilds of rolling stock and various mechanical equipment as required.

Perform equipment isolations as necessary.

Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and quality standards will be a key part of the role.

Identify and report any issues with equipment or materials.

Maintain a clean and organised work area will also be required.

To be a successful applicant, they will need to possess the following:

A Fitter Trade Certificate.

Current Work at Heights and Confined Space certificates are advantageous.

A strong commitment to safety is essential.

A White Card or equivalent is required, or the candidate must be willing to obtain one.

Attention to detail is a must.

The successful candidate will be punctual & reliable.

They may be required to undergo a Medical and Drug & Alcohol test.
