Wincroft Support Services is a community based mental health agency established to serve individuals and families in need of mental and behavioral support and resources. We are seeking Full and Part Time Therapist and Behavioral Assistants to provided in home and in community services youths 2-21 years of age.

We are hiring for Atlantic, Ocean, Mercer, Cumberland, Essex, Cape May, Gloucester, Salem, Camden, Camden Mobile Response, and Burlington counties.The ideal candidate will be capable of working alone and will have extensive experience treating patients of diverse backgrounds and personalities. We provide free supervision for LSW and LAC licensure candidates.

Therapists are able to work flexible schedules and benefit from continued education and free supervision. Therapists working more than 30 hours are able to benefit from free dental, vision and buy in to the 401k and medical when eligible. Therapists are required to execute therapeutic options to assist while aiding the youth and family in coping mechanisms. Therapists must adhere to the Children's System of Care (CSOC) standards and procedures.
