Manufacturing Consultant

We're seeking passionate and experienced Cannabis Manufacturing Consultants to collaborate with multiple clients across the US. Responsibilities:

Partner with cannabis manufacturing clients nationwide to provide specialized consulting services.

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Develop and implement customized manufacturing strategies based on each client's goals, regulatory environment, and unique challenges.

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions in manufacturing and processing.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of consulting services into clients' manufacturing operations.

Act as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support, training, and guidance to clients.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and contributing to long-term success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in cannabis manufacturing, with a focus on consulting for multiple clients.

In-depth knowledge of various manufacturing methods, extraction processes, and compliance requirements across different US states.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Expertise in facility design and build outs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with diverse clients.

Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site consultations.
