As a Treasury Cash Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial liquidity and cash flow at AltaGas. Your responsibilities will include overseeing cash management, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

You Will:

Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage daily cash flows, ensuring liquidity needs are met efficiently

Cash Flow forecasting: Lead team to standardize and enhance short and long term debt forecasting for multiple business segments

Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk management strategies related to cash and liquidity

Banking Relationships: Foster strong relationships with financial institutions, negotiating terms, fees, and services

Leadership: Lead a team of 5 treasury professionals and new graduates in different geographic locations, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment

Financial Strategy: Contribute to the development of financial strategies, including investment decisions and capital allocation

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

You Have:

10+ Years experience in leadership and treasury management required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a team

Analytical Mindset: Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting

Excellent Communication: Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic and evolving business landscape

Deep experience with a treasury management system preferred

Extensive experience working with budget, outlook and long-range planning models is preferred
