Bayit Home Therapy -
Looking to hire an administrative assistant for a growing healthcare company. We are looking for a good personality and excellent phone skills.
Tasks will include:
-Answering phones
-Receiving and routing company emails
-Basic patient intake and eligibility checking (we'll train you on this, don't worry)
-coordination with therapists
-calling doctors offices for paperwork
-Basic spreadsheets
-Light cold-calling new prospects when there's free time
-Some local errands etc
-Laughing at Manager's bad jokes
Requirements
-medical or healthcare office experience a huge plus
-great personality
-excellent organizational skills
