Brief Description

Assistant Manager Required for lead QMS Management Representative role.

Job Description (JD) • Coordinating and conducting Management Review Meeting as per plan and follow up. • Planning, organizing and conducting Internal System Audits periodically. • Assuring the process conformance to the QMS / IMS per established, implemented and maintained. • Ensuring the promotion of awareness of Customer Requirements, ISO 9001:2015 - QMS, ISO 14001:2015 - EMS and ISO 45001:2018 - OHSMS requirements throughout the Organization. • Assurance of applicability in Quality & EHS Policies, Manual, Procedures, AIHIRA Study and Objectives by periodical continual improvement. • Accompany with Certification Body auditors during ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 - EMS / ISO 45001 - OHSMS • Appropriate liaison with certification body and other external certification bodies consultants / customers. • Responsible for conducting pre-audit with customer audit questionnaire to ensure readiness & coordination with customers to conduct the audit successfully. • Preparing and closing the action request raised by Certification and External body / Customers - NC's objective evidence with the coordination of team for NC's clearance by auditors to get certificate. • Internal and External NC's corrective action review, closure and effectiveness monitoring. • Assist operating units with development & implementation of corrective action plans to improve quality objectives. • Coordination with all process owners for updating and effective implementation of Customer specific requirements and ISO / EMS / OHSMS • Identifying the training needs with respect to Quality / Integrated system and organizing/ / conducting the trainings for the personnel involved in PQCD. • Evaluate business goals, identify improvement opportunities and apply scientific methods, statistical and problem-solving techniques to improve and sustain product quality and process effectiveness, Projects using 7QC Tools / Kaizen / QCC / 5S. • Track the Actions pertain to the voice of customer

Responibilities: Conformity of the QMS to the requirements of the standard

Process effectiveness the top management must assign responsibilities to ensure that the processes are delivering the intended outcomes; this is in close relation with the requirement to assign process owners. Reporting on QMS performance of the organization reporting to the top management on the performance of the QMS and opportunities for improvement. Ensuring the QMS integrity during maintenance and changes in the system this person will have to be responsible for ensuring that compliance with the standard and other requirements is preserved during maintenance or changes made to the QMS. Compliance with customer requirements considering the importance of the customer requirements in an ISO 9001:2015-based QMS Responsibility for corrective actions the persons with this authority must be informed about any nonconformity regarding products or processes Responsible for Internal Audits. Responsible for Process and Product Audits in Plant. Responsible for Supplier QA Audit. Responsible for Contingency Simulation in Plant. Responsible to conduct MRM and Data Preparation / Collection from throughout the Plant. Monthly Collection of Quality Objectives from Throughout the Plant. Monitoring of Quality Manual and All MR related documents whether there is required to change anything or not. Quality Circle Committee Day to day follow up and Meetings with Committee members and Plant.

Process audit performed as an Auditor, Reporting and Closing Responsible for ISO 9001:2015, Second party QA Audit and Third Party / Customer Audits QA. Responsible for all the Procedures review and update as per requirement. Risk Management Committee Day to day follow up and Meetings with Committee members and Plant. Audits (Process, Product, Internal System, Supplier Audit) Analysis and Worst areas identification and summarize.

Job Specification: (Education, Training and Experience):

Bachelors of Engineering & 5 Years of Experience in QMS in Automotive industry

Competencies / Skills:

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with diverse cultures and work habits. • Good analytical, planning, organizational skills. • Strong team & process orientation skills with proactive behavior. • Strong technical knowledge on Manufacturing standards. • Hands on Software Skills- MS Office, SAP, Minitab. • Certified Combined internal auditor ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and lead auditor ISO 9001:2015.

LOCATION: Regal Rexnord Euroflex Hyderabad Office.

Incumbent will be appointed on the rolls of Euroflex Transmissions India Private Limited
