JOB SUMMARY Understand and follow policies and procedures for BSA, OFAC and U.S.

Patriot Act.

Complete CTRs, SARs and perform 314(a) searches.

Report findings and make recommendations for improving BSA operations to BSA Officer.

Complete annual training as required and stay current on changing regulations.

DUTIES Review CTR report daily and make corrections on CTRs as needed.

Review Large Cash Transaction report daily.

Check CTR report before batched and E-filed.

Review Daily Audit Trail Log on Patriot Officer to ensure balanced with Jack Henry Print and review Money Instrument report monthly.

Review Wire Transfer activity monthly.

Review Monthly SAR detector report on Patriot Officer to identify possible SAR filings Complete SARs and build SAR documentation files Assist with MSB Reviews and help maintain Master MSB File.

Review accounts and report suspicious activity to BSA Officer.

Receive and process 314(a) search request bi-weekly and ensure log is maintained.

Review all new accounts opened for complete CIP quarterly.

Report exceptions to BSA Officer.

Check OFAC daily via Patriot Officer BSA/AML Software.

Cross-train in all areas of BSA Department to ensure continuity Complete High-Risk Reviews on an annual basis.

Assist BSA Officer in preparing for Independent Audit and/or OCC Examination on annual basis.

Assist BSA Officer in gathering data for annual MLR Assist BSA Officer in completing and reviewing monthly BSA Board Reports ORGANIZATION Make recommendations about possible methods to improve any area of BSA Department and the Bank as a whole.

RELATIONSHIPS Responsible to the VP & BSA Officer for fulfillment of functions and responsibilities.

Advise and assist officers and staff in their respective functions associated.

Have extensive contact with customers, the public and the community, and conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the Bank.

Participate with community projects as called upon.

Maintain confidentiality of Bank and customer information.

Assist in any special projects within the BSA Department.

All other duties as assigned.
