Silver Lake Psychology is a group private practice providing psychotherapy to a diverse range of teens and high-functioning adults; and we actively seek-out and hire therapists from diverse backgrounds. We offer a $2500 Signing bonus included for our FT therapists
We are owned and operated by a therapist, not a tech company.
We are not a patient mill and curate the therapist-client match.
We don’t put “non-compete” clauses in our contracts.
We partner with therapists to build their own successful practices.

Must hold a valid license as one of the following:
Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFT)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
Minimum Qualifications:
Warmth and ability to connect and develop therapeutic relationships.
Able to maintain a confidential telehealth session with appropriate technology.
Committed to professional development and ongoing learning.
Private practice minded: independent and flexible, with excellent customer service.
