THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a tech-savvy Product Specialist to join their Success team! Their organizers and technology solutions are in a class of their own, requiring a special approach to meet their unique demands while fostering growth opportunities. If you have a passion for technology and customer success, this role is perfect for you. As a Product Specialist in, you will be a key player in implementing the company's broader strategy, collaborating closely with teammates in the Success Team, Sales Department, and Technology Development. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, stays calm under pressure, and has a strong background in technology, all of which are key to excelling in this role. Success in this position depends on proactive communication, a hands-on approach to training clients on the company technology platform, and strong organizational skills. If you're self-driven, focused on delivering results, and excel at time management, you'll find success and growth opportunities in this position.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Proficiency in conducting virtual screen-sharing sessions for client demos and training, while effectively addressing both technical and non-technical questions

Ongoing learning and retention of the constantly evolving product features and usage patterns

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the dynamic world of product development and event registration

Tech-savvy with extensive experience in customer relationship management style, preferably Salesforce

Collaborative and open to working with other team members to meet and exceed client needs and expectations

At least 2 years of B2B support experience preferred

SaaS and/or vent registration experience preferred

Ability to travel as needed for onsite client support and company trainings

BA/BS degree or equivalent
