Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Employment Opportunity

Overview

Actively seeking a Part-Time Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our existing multi-specialty medical group within our Employer Clinics department in Salt Lake City. This person will specifically provide healthcare services to employees of contracted businesses at their location.

Job Summary

The APP is responsible for primary care specific patient needs, including but not limited to; evaluation and management, preventive medicine, treatment plans, appropriate medications and the ability to provide excellent care in a busy environment. EMR Chart management performed within eClinicalWorks.

Minimum Requirements:

Appropriate and applicable licensure, education and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Utah.

Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient treatment

Board Certification/Eligible

Preferred experience: 1-2 years

Preferred specialties: Primary care
